2026 Amazing Fundraisers

In addition to the events we posted about, we have some incredible individuals already planning some amazing fundraising activities for Edgar’s Gift in 2026 and we want to celebrate and thank them

• Sun 26th Apr - Elaine Barrett will be running TCS London Marathon 2026 for Edgar’s Gift. The Music Bingo event in January is also organised by Elaine as part of fundraising plan. www.justgiving.com/page/elaine-marathon-edgarsgift

• Jul - The Olivers will be hosting the latest instalment of the amazing Garden Glasto. A private event the Olivers kindly put on and ask for donations - having raised a phenomenal amount for us over the years.

• Sun 30th Aug - The Car Factory & The Dream Factory team are doing a Roving Motor Show around south Leics pubs with some fundraising for Edgar’s Gift

• Wed 9th - Fri 11th Sep - The Car Factory & The Dream Factory team are planning a road trip visiting good causes with some fundraising for Edgar’s Gift

• Sat 19th & Sun 20th Sep - our trustee and patron, Stewart Sale, has been a prolific fundraiser for us and returns in 2026 with his latest challenge, Equinox24 solo. www.justgiving.com/page/ultrastew

• Date TBC - Danny Brazenell & friends have started training for an epic cycle from Kent to Paris raising funds for us. Danny cycled to all 92 football grounds in 2023 and is now kindly planning this Paris cycle for us

• Dec - Steve, Vicky & Team at The Car Factory held a brilliant Xmas Fayre in 2025 and plan to return the event in 2026.
